Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our support portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the Roborock unit, charging dock, and all original accessories back into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
